Not usually. I've had emotional turmoil that kept me up for nights on end, I've had my wife refuse to speak with me (SL prompted the ONLY argument we've ever had -- ever) and I've had my heart broken and patched back together more than once. I've had people I care about go through terrible things. I've also had wonderful things happen. I've made friends I'd have never met without SL, I've done and seen things that simply wouldn't be possible otherwise, and on the whole I'd say it's enriched my life in many big ways. Looking at it all, the sum is positive. Do I regret? Not usually. When I took little break from SL to work more on school and moving, I was surprised how relaxed I was. SL drama seems to happen every single day. I try to avoid it the best way I can, which is visiting awesome sims, taking pictures, retail therapy (never fails), and blogging once in awhile. The sad part is that some people live for internet drama. They all should be shot and survivors will be shot again. *Coughs* But to answer your question, some times I do regret making a SL account. SL is full of drama, some people seek it out, others, like me, sit back and observe to see how it all pans out. I think you should just continue to shop and write and chat and do all those things you were doing before, that make SL fun for you. Getting involved in drama kills the enjoyment for me, which is why I don't do it. As to your question, I do not regret entering SL a year ago, I wish I had logged on 2 years ago infact.
